ASIA CAMBODIA LAW FIRM (ACLF) was founded in 2006, the time Cambodia was at its double digit economic growth of 10.8%. ACLF realized the increasing legal challenges faced by both prudent local and foreign investors wishing to invest in Cambodia. The firm started and expanded quickly. The expansion was marked by the increased number of lawyers and associates rich in professional experiences and qualifications. LOGOS Law LLC, well-known Korean law firm, currently based in Seoul of South Korea recognizes ACLF for our quality services and chose to become our partner in 2007. LOGOS Law LLC was established in 2000 and aggressively expanding into international markets.
Our lawyers and legal support units have held key positions within the industries and legal community. We are members of the Cambodian Bar Association, Labor Arbitration, Commercial Arbitration and could thus confidently provide litigation, arbitration, negotiation and consultation services for a multitude of international transactions, investments, financial matters, resources development and international trade agreements.
ACLF observe the growing economic potential of Cambodian markets. One South Korean company which is our current client is building 42-story building in the capital Phnom Penh and will become the highest skyscraper in Cambodia. In addition to local clients and prudent Korean investors, other prospective investors are our targets in key sectors such as agri-businesses, financial and banking, real estate, constructions and garments.
